We are based in Megève, a few minutes from Mont d’Arbois. The Concierge Pass gives you access to our team for the whole of your stay.

A Saturday in February, with the Prestige Pass
Your chauffeur is waiting for you at the airport. At the chalet, your concierge welcomes you: the fire is lit, the sauna is warming up, the fridge is full. Your ski passes are on the table and your equipment is ready, fitted to your size. Tonight, a chef is cooking for you in the chalet kitchen.
How to book
1. Choose your pass.
2. Contact us on WhatsApp at +33 6 26 59 22 58, call our Megève office on +33 4 85 30 04 26, or send us an email. Tell us your dates, your chalet and the pass you have chosen.
3. We call you back, and your concierge prepares the programme with you.
What is included, and what is not
The Pass covers our organisation and follow-up work. The services you order (transfers, ski passes, equipment, chef, activities) are invoiced separately, at the rates we negotiate, and are always confirmed with you beforehand.
Arrival groceries cover your settling-in and are re-invoiced at cost. Restocking during your stay follows the same terms. The pastries included in the Signature Pass are re-invoiced in the same way.
With the Essential Pass, any additional request made before arrival is charged €50 incl. VAT. With the Signature Pass, a last-minute request made once you are here is charged €75 incl. VAT. The Prestige Pass carries no extra charges.

Do I need to have booked my chalet through you?
No. The Pass works wherever you booked: directly, through an agency or with a private owner.
Does the price depend on the length of my stay?
Yes, it covers one entire week.
Who issues the invoice?
BLK Conciergerie, directly. The Pass and the services ordered during your stay appear on a single invoice, even when your host or agency introduced you to the service.
How quickly do you reply?
Within thirty minutes, seven days a week, from 7 am to 11 pm. With Prestige, the direct line is available 24/7.
Which languages do you speak?
French, English, Spanish, German and Thai.
Can I change pass during my stay?
Yes, from Signature to Prestige, subject to availability.
Do you operate in Courchevel?
Yes, from our Megève office.
