Geneva's real advantage is what lies within two hours of it. Megève is around an hour and fifteen minutes away, Courchevel around two and a half. We run both resorts ourselves, with our own drivers, which means a stay booked from Geneva is handled by one team from the airport to the chalet door.
Our drivers
Our drivers are employed by BLK Conciergerie, not subcontracted. You see the same people from one stay to the next, they know the roads in winter conditions, and we answer for their punctuality and their discretion directly. The fleet is Range Rover Vogue HSE, Mercedes S-Class and Mercedes V Class, all four-wheel drive and on winter tyres through the season.
Private House Staff
We place and manage private chefs, butlers, housekeepers, and nannies — for a single dinner, a full season, or year-round. We interview candidates, verify references, and remain your single point of contact should any issue arise. A seamlessly run home goes unnoticed; that is precisely the goal.
Where we are
We keep a permanent presence in Geneva, alongside our offices in Megève and Antibes. None of them is open to the public — they are places we work from, not shops. But they exist, and our people are in them.
We are a team of four and we work in English, French, Spanish, German and Thai.
How we charge
Our fee is built into the rates we negotiate with our suppliers. In most cases you pay nothing on top. Where a request falls outside that — a long search, complex sourcing, several days of supervision — we give you the figure before we start.
