Luxury Concierge in Courchevel 1850
Courchevel packs the most sought-after chalets in the Alps, the hardest tables to book and an altiport into a few square kilometres — and a season where most of it is spoken for months in advance. We run the resort from our office in Megève and handle a stay from end to end, from finding the chalet to the last transfer out.
What we handle in Courchevel
Chalets and apartments — search, negotiation, preparation before you arrive, day-to-day management throughout
Transfers — Geneva, Chambéry, Lyon, Courchevel altiport; a driver at your disposal in resort
Private aviation — jets, helicopters, altiport landings
Household staff — private chef, butler, housekeeper, dedicated driver
Restaurants, clubs and access — including when public booking channels show no availability
Skiing — private instructors, equipment delivered and fitted at the chalet, the Three Valleys, heliskiing on the Italian side
Wellbeing — practitioners at the chalet, private spa sessions
Whatever comes up — a flight to catch, a gift to find, a part to have delivered
Getting there: Geneva, Chambéry, the altiport
Most of our guests fly into Geneva. Allow around two and a half hours by road, and longer on Saturdays in the school holidays, when the climb up from Moûtiers backs up. We position the driver against your actual landing time rather than the scheduled one: if you land forty minutes late, nobody has been waiting an hour, and you are not looking for anyone.
Chambéry and Lyon are sensible alternatives depending on where you are flying from. Courchevel's altiport allows a helicopter or light aircraft to land directly in resort — a technical operation, subject to slots and weather, which we arrange and monitor, always with a road fallback in place.
Chalet management
A rented chalet is not a prepared chalet. Before you arrive: groceries to your own list, heating on, firewood in, hot tub checked, ski equipment delivered and fitted, staff briefed. During your stay: housekeeping, laundry, restocking, coordinating the chef, managing arrivals and departures.
We do this on chalets we have found for you, and equally on one you have booked elsewhere.
Restaurants, clubs and access
In Courchevel, what a booking platform shows is not what is actually available. A table can read as full and open up for someone who calls the right person. That is relationship work, built on the ground season after season. We do not promise everything, everywhere, at any notice.
We tell you what is achievable, and we tell you quickly.
Where we are
Our office is in Megève, and Courchevel is run from there. The people we work with in resort — drivers, chefs, chalet owners, suppliers — are based there year-round, and we travel to the resort as the work requires.
We are a team of four and we work in English, French, Spanish, German and Thai. You deal with one named person, from the first message to the last day.
One example
Last winter, a guest wanted a table for nine at one of the most popular mountain restaurants in the resort. That morning, for lunch.
He had already approached other concierge companies. None had secured it.
We know the director of the group that runs the restaurant. We put the request to her directly. By midday, all nine were having lunch on the slopes.
Nine covers on the day, in peak season, is not a matter of technique. It is a matter of relationships — and those cannot be improvised between breakfast and lunch.
How we charge
Our fee is built into the rates we negotiate with our suppliers — drivers, private chefs, chalet owners, aviation operators. In most cases you pay nothing on top of your stay.
Some requests fall outside that: a long search, a complex sourcing brief, several days of on-site supervision. We tell you the figure before we start. Nothing appears on an invoice afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you reply?
Within thirty minutes, seven days a week, from 7 am to 11 pm.
Does your team speak English?
Yes. We work in English, French, Spanish, German and Thai.
Are you based in Courchevel?
Our office is in Megève. We run Courchevel from there, with suppliers based in the resort year-round.
How long is the drive from Geneva?
Around two and a half hours, longer on changeover Saturdays. We adjust the departure to your actual landing time.
Can we land at the altiport?
Yes, by helicopter or light aircraft, subject to slots and weather. We arrange it and always keep a road option in reserve.
Can you help if we have already booked our chalet?
Yes. Concierge and chalet management are independent of where you booked.
Is there a fee for your service?
In most cases, no — our fee sits inside the rates we negotiate. When a request falls outside that, we tell you the figure before we start.
